Do you want to work in a varied role where customer service and order management are at the center? We are now looking for an English and German-speaking Order Processor for CTEK in Falun who wants to contribute to smooth processes and good customer interactions.

In this role, you will be responsible for daily order management within Customer Service. You will handle and follow up on customer orders, ensure deliveries, and make sure that cases are handled correctly according to established routines and goals. You will have daily contact with both customers, internal teams, and external partners such as warehouses and transporters. The work includes invoicing, price adjustments, telephone support for order-related questions, and following up on the process from order to delivery. The position is located in Falun at CTEK's newly built headquarters.

To be successful in the role of Order Processor at CTEK, a structured and service-oriented approach is required, as well as a strong willingness to take responsibility. The role suits you if you work meticulously and independently, but also enjoy collaboration and communication with different parties. We prefer that you have completed high school education or equivalent, as well as previous experience in a role within Customer Service or similar. You have good system skills and experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce. To succeed in this role, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Being German-speaking is a significant advantage.
